• Talk to your doctor if you experience any side effects from Trintellix.
• Do not stop taking Trintellix without talking to your doctor. Stopping Trintellix suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms, such as anxiety, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

• Trintellix can increase the risk of suicidal thoughts or feelings in some people. Tell your doctor if you have a history of suicidal thoughts or feelings, or if you experience suicidal thoughts or feelings while taking Trintellix.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• Trintellix is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
• Trintellix can pass into breast milk. Talk to your doctor about whether you should breastfeed while taking Trintellix.

Children and adolescents

• Trintellix is not approved for use in children and adolescents under the age of 18.
