Scoring

  • 0-4 "Frequently" Responses:

If you answered "Frequently" four times or less, it is unlikely that you are being gaslighted. However, it is vital to remain aware of the signs of gaslighting and to address any concerns you may have with the people in your relationships.

  • 5-9 "Frequently" Responses:

If you answered "Frequently" between five and nine times, it is possible that you are being gaslighted. It is essential to take steps to protect yourself and seek support from trusted friends, family members, or professionals.

  • 10 or More "Frequently" Responses:

If you answered "Frequently" ten times or more, it is likely that you are being gaslighted. This is a severe form of emotional abuse, and it is crucial to take action to protect yourself. Speak with a trusted friend or family member, seek professional help, and consider ending the relationship if necessary.
